🚫 No Refunds for Digital Downloads
Since our products are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that:
- You are buying a non-physical, instantly delivered digital product
- Refunds will not be issued simply due to change of mind, mistaken purchases, or lack of technical knowledge
✅ When a Refund May Be Considered
We will only consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or not functioning as described
- The issue is verified and cannot be resolved through support
- The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
- You provide a detailed explanation and, if possible, screenshots or proof of the issue
If we find that the product is defective, and the issue cannot be fixed, a full refund will be issued.
❌ When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You no longer want the product after downloading
- You purchased by mistake or misunderstood the product
- The product is incompatible with your setup, but this was not due to an issue with the product itself
- You claim the product didn’t meet expectations, but the product was delivered as described
- You have requested a refund without trying to contact support first
